We lead on and engage with unique real estate development projects that integrate the philosophy of placemaking and/or living buildings. Through placemaking, we create spaces that serve and leverage the local community’s assets and potential. We aspire to forward thinking standards such as the Living Building Challenge and B-Corp, and hence seek to adopt deep sustainable practices for the physical, social and environmental impact of the buildings’ development.
